Q: What is provided for vendors at the event?
A: Artists are provided with tent space in a 10’ x 10’ tent, 1-3 six foot tables, and a chair.

Q: How can I spread the word about the event?
A: We have printed 5” x 7” postcards as well as 11” x 17” posters for participants to distribute. We are working with studios around Brooklyn and beyond to help us distribute the printed materials to all of you . Please stop by one of these locations in the next week or two so you can pick up postcards and or posters.

Q: Can I drive to the fair park nearby on the day of the event?
A: Yes. Please note you cannot park on 5th ave between Union St. & 4th St. during the day. There are open streets starting at 2pm on Saturday and 5th Ave will be blocked off between Union St. & 4th St. However, in the morning you can unload your wares at 5th ave and 4th street.
Q: Where should I go if I’m taking public transit to the event?
A: The closest subway stations are Union St. (D, N, R, W) & 4th Ave/9th St (D, F, G, N, R, W)
Q: What time can I get to the event to start setting up?
A: Setup will begin at 8:30am on May 30th. We recommend arriving sometime between 8:30-9am depending on how long you need to set up your space. Nothing can be setup the night before the fair. We will not have tents or space reserved for that time.
Q: When must I leave the event?
A: The event technically ends at 5pm. You must be fully packed up and out of the space by 6:00pm
so the rental company can pick up the tents/tables/chairs.
Q: Are there public restrooms available?
A: Yes, the Old Stone House has public restrooms.

A: The day will be full of rolling and timed events that we encourage participants to take part in. We recommended having a friend or family member stop by the event at some point to cover your table so that you can explore all the works and events during the day. The list includes:
